An 8-year manufacturer’s warranty (frame and mechanism; 2 years on the gas lift; upholstery, castors and other wear parts excluded), coordinated by Apex. To make a claim, email support@apexcomfort.co.uk with your order number and we coordinate it.
- Made to order
This chair is built after you order, typically in 4–5 weeks from build confirmation, which we email you shortly after you order. You may cancel from the order date up to 14 days after delivery. If your order has not been dispatched, we cancel it and refund you in full. Products configured using our online menu options are built to order but remain fully covered by standard 14-day cancellation rights.

Product Details
A chair built to keep you moving rather than hold you still – CoreChair Classic uses a patented, individually adjustable motion-resistant "Core" mechanism that lets the seat tilt through 14° in any direction. Instead of a backrest, a low pelvic support stabilises the hips, leaving the rest of the body free to move above and below it.
Active sitting, with the resistance set to you – The motion resistance is individually adjustable, so the amount of work the chair asks of you is a setting rather than a fixed characteristic. A contoured polyurethane foam cushion is integrated into the seat, and the five-star base carries a footrest.

This is not a conventional task chair, and it should not be bought as one – CoreChair Classic has no backrest. Support comes from the pelvic pad and the seat geometry, and the user's own musculature does the rest. It suits people who want to sit actively; it does not suit anyone looking for full back support.

You can return an item for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Return collection charges apply to change-of-mind returns, except on Hood F94, K22 and C19 chairs bought in a Fast Track option: we collect those at no charge, and an unused one can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
