Product Details
A chair built to keep you moving rather than hold you still – CoreChair Classic uses a patented, individually adjustable motion-resistant "Core" mechanism that lets the seat tilt through 14° in any direction. Instead of a backrest, a low pelvic support stabilises the hips and encourages the pelvis to rotate forward, leaving the rest of the body free to move above and below it.
Active sitting, with the resistance set to you – The motion resistance is individually adjustable, so the amount of work the chair asks of you is a setting rather than a fixed characteristic. An anatomically shaped polyurethane foam cushion is integrated into the seat, and the five-star base carries a footrest.
Key Highlights:
Patented "Core" 3D mechanism – seat tilts 14° in any direction
Individually adjustable motion resistance – set how much the chair moves under you
Adjustable pelvic support – stabilises the hips and supports spinal alignment
Anatomically shaped seat cushion – shaped to relieve pressure and prevent sliding forward
Five-star base with footrest – a stable point to brace against while sitting actively
8-year warranty – four times the length carried by conventional task seating
This is not a conventional task chair, and it should not be bought as one – CoreChair Classic has no backrest. Support comes from the pelvic pad and the seat geometry, and the user's own musculature does the rest. It suits people who want to sit actively; it does not suit anyone looking for full back support.
Pneumatic seat height adjustment: Two gas lift ranges available — 43–49 cm or 47–57 cm, specified when ordering
14° multidirectional seat tilt: The seat moves with you in every direction rather than on a single axis
Adjustable motion resistance: Increase resistance for stability, reduce it for more movement
Adjustable pelvic support: Holds the pelvis in a neutral, forward-rotated position
Integrated footrest: Gives a bracing point that a conventional five-star base does not
Anatomically shaped cushion: Distributes pressure and stops the sitter sliding forward over long periods

Why it matters
Even a well-engineered chair won't help if it's set up incorrectly — you'll carry the same aches into a new chair. This guide covers the small, high-impact adjustments that fix the cause, not the symptom, so your chair delivers the comfort and support it's built for.
How you receive it
Place any order and we'll email your download link as soon as your order is confirmed. Open it on your phone, tablet or laptop and follow the steps as you set up your chair.
The Apex Ergonomics Pack is available only to Apex Comfort customers — not included when the same chairs are bought from general retailers or marketplaces.
