  • Additional Regions: Please note that additional charges apply for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’ including:

    • Northern Ireland

Delivery Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders.
  • No Hidden Fees: All delivery costs are clearly outlined at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Last Order Time: The cut-off time for same-day processing is 14:00 (GMT). Orders placed after this time, as well as weekend orders, will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: Your order is estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days.
  • Business Days: Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

Delivering Your Order

We are dedicated to ensuring that your order is delivered quickly, securely, and reliably:

  • Once your payment is processed, your items will be dispatched within the delivery timeframe stated on the product page.
  • You will receive a despatch notification via email once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Our team selects the most suitable delivery method and carrier for each order; therefore, it is not possible to choose a specific courier or delivery method at checkout.
  • Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday.

Tracking Deliveries

  • Tracking Information: After your purchase, you will receive an email containing the tracking details, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.

Partial Delivery

  • Multiple Packages: If your order is split across multiple boxes, please note that delivery of individual packages may occur on separate days.

Delay Between Carrier Scans

  • Transit Updates: Delays between carrier scans during transit can occur. If more than 6 calendar days have passed since the last tracking update, please contact us so we can investigate the status of your order with the carrier.

Report Damage or Defect

We understand that receiving a damaged or defective item can be frustrating. If you experience any issues, please report them within 30 days of your delivery date. To help us resolve the issue promptly, we may request:

  • Photographic evidence of the damage, and/or
  • The return of the original item.
