- Optional White Glove delivery & assembly — have your chair delivered fully built by a two-person team (select before Add to Cart); our courier will be in touch to book a delivery day. An assembled delivery takes longer than flat-packed. Assembled delivery: typically 5–10 working days from your order to mainland Great Britain. Allow 2–3 extra working days for Scotland, much of Wales, Shropshire, Cornwall, parts of Devon and Dorset, and the Portsmouth area (full postcode list). You can return an item for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Return collection charges apply to change-of-mind returns, except on Hood F94, K22 and C19 chairs bought in a Fast Track option: we collect those at no charge, and an unused one can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, report it as soon as you notice it and we arrange and pay for collection. Read our full Returns & Refunds policy.
