Delivery, returns & what’s included
- Free tracked UK delivery — typically 1–3 working days flat-packed.
- Optional fully assembled delivery — have your chair delivered fully built instead of flat-packed (select before Add to Cart). Delivery is to your door (kerbside), in one large box: you’ll need to bring the chair inside, and the packaging is not taken away. An assembled delivery takes longer than flat-packed. You can return an item for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Return collection charges apply to change-of-mind returns, except on Hood F94, K22 and C19 chairs bought in a Fast Track option: we collect those at no charge, and an unused one can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, report it as soon as you notice it and we arrange and pay for collection. Read our full Returns & Refunds policy.
