An 8-year manufacturer’s warranty (frame and mechanism; 2 years on the gas lift; upholstery, castors and other wear parts excluded), coordinated by Apex. To make a claim, email support@apexcomfort.co.uk with your order number and we coordinate it.
- Made to order
This chair is built after you order, typically in 4–5 weeks from build confirmation, which we email you shortly after you order. You may cancel from the order date up to 14 days after delivery. If your order has not been dispatched, we cancel it and refund you in full. Products configured using our online menu options are built to order but remain fully covered by standard 14-day cancellation rights.

Product Details
Active sitting with upper-body support added – CoreChair Elite runs the same patented, individually adjustable motion-resistant "Core" mechanism as the rest of the range, tilting 14° in any direction. What Elite adds is a movable back pad, connected to the pelvic support by a vertical spine, so the upper body is supported while the pelvis stays stable.
The seat and back move as one coordinated system – Mobility of the seat and pelvic support is harmonised with the height-adjustable back pad, so the upper body can turn and lean freely while the pelvis remains held. The two wide sections of the pelvic support also give the elbows something to rest against when leaning back.

The active-sitting principle, with a back to lean on – Elite is the version of CoreChair for people who want the movement but are not willing to give up back contact entirely. The pelvic support does the stabilising work; the back pad follows the spine rather than fixing it.

You can return an item for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Return collection charges apply to change-of-mind returns, except on Hood F94, K22 and C19 chairs bought in a Fast Track option: we collect those at no charge, and an unused one can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
