Rated to 150kg and specified for use up to 24 hours a day – i29 carries a 10-year manufacturer's warranty in single-shift settings, reducing to 3 years in continuous 24-hour environments. It features an intuitive three-lever control for seat height, seat slide and dynamic tilt, plus 4D multifunctional armrests that adjust in height, depth, width and pivot.

• Seat height (pneumatic): Sit on the seat and pull the lift lever to set your feet flat with knees near a 90° angle
• Seat depth (slide): Lift the slide button and adjust so there's a 20–40mm gap behind the knees
• Tilt tension control: Pull out and turn the mechanism to set neutral resistance for your weight, or leave unlocked for free-float dynamic movement
• Back height: Press the two back-frame buttons and lift or lower to support the natural curve of your spine
• Headrest (where fitted): Ergonomic headrest tilts, lifts and lowers; executive headrest lifts and lowers
