Toleo Pro Task Chair

The Toleo torsion backrest, with an automatic mechanism – Toleo Pro keeps the feature that defines the range: a backrest that rotates laterally as well as reclining, produced by the composite backrest support itself rather than by added springs or joints. What Pro changes is the control layer — integrated function buttons and a tension fine-tuning key in place of the standard model's seat-tilt control.

Rated to 150 kg and for round-the-clock use – Toleo Pro carries a GS certificate to 150 kg and BS 5459-2, the British Standard for severe heavy-duty and 24-hour seating. It is specified for control rooms and shift environments as readily as for a home office.

The 550 mm backrest twists laterally as well as reclining — torsion produced by the composite backrest support itself, without springs or added joints — while the synchromatic recline runs free-flow until you lock it at one of four positions. The rest of the adjustment set:

• Pneumatic seat height adjustment: 400–530 mm

• Torsion movement of the backrest: lateral give that follows a twist or reach

• Tension fine-tuning key: trim recline resistance to your weight

• Sliding seat depth: 70 mm

• Height-adjustable backrest: aligns the lumbar curve to your spine

• Lumbar support and 4D headrest: both available as options
