Prompt Task Chair

A full synchronous task chair built for long working days – Prompt is built around a full synchromatic mechanism with integrated forward tilt, an instant-response tension control wheel with 240° of travel, and a five-position backrest lock. It is specified for office and home-office users who sit for extended periods and want the chair to move with them rather than hold them still.

Adjustment where it matters, without unnecessary complexity – A sliding seat sets seat depth to leg length, the backrest adjusts for height, and seat tilt is included as standard. On the upholstered backs the chair is GS-certified to a 150 kg user weight, placing it well above the typical 110 kg rating of standard office seating.

Built for people who sit six hours a day or more – Prompt's adjustments are the ones that change posture: seat height, seat depth, backrest height and recline resistance. Cold-moulded polyurethane foam is used on the upholstered seat and backrest, and the upholstery is applied without adhesives.

• Sliding seat depth: 70 mm — clears the back of the knee while keeping full thigh support
