Synchronised recline with a removable lumbar panel, in Standard or all-black Stealth finish – The F94-101 is a high-back ergonomic mesh chair built for everyday professional use, combining a 2:1 synchronised recline mechanism with a removable, height-adjustable lumbar panel (available with a mesh or fabric seat, in Standard or Stealth all-black finish, with an optional ergonomic or executive headrest).

Rated to 150kg and specified for use up to 24 hours a day – F94-101 carries a 10-year manufacturer's warranty in single-shift settings, reducing to 3 years in continuous 24-hour environments. It features an intuitive three-lever pictorial control for seat height, seat slide and dynamic movement, plus extendable direct tension control calibrated for users from 51kg to 149kg.

• Seat height (lift): Sit on the seat and pull the lift lever to set your feet flat with knees near a 90° angle
• Seat slide (depth): Lift the slide button and adjust so there's a 20–40mm gap behind the knees
• Tilt tension control: Pull out and turn the mechanism to set neutral resistance for your weight, or leave unlocked for free-float dynamic movement
• Back height: Lift the back of the chair until you hear it click into your preferred position; lift to full height and drop to release
• Headrest (where fitted): Ergonomic headrest tilts, lifts and lowers; executive headrest lifts and lowers
