F1 Task Chair

A project chair, specified for volume deployment – F1 is built on a point-synchromatic mechanism with a manual tension control handle, free-flow recline and a four-position lock. It is the chair specified where one seat has to suit hundreds of different people across a floor.

Two back heights, two back types, one chassis – The upholstered back is height-adjustable; the mesh back is fixed-height. A 70 mm sliding seat is included as standard on every build, and the chair runs a gas lift with integral damping on a five-star base with EN 12529 castors.

F1 sets its recline resistance by hand, through a manual tension control handle on the point-synchromatic mechanism, and includes 70 mm of sliding seat depth as standard. The full set of adjustments:

• Pneumatic seat height adjustment: 400–530 mm

• Sliding seat depth: 70 mm

• Adjustable torsion control: manual tension handle sets recline resistance

• Four-position tilt lock: move freely or fix the backrest

• Lumbar support: available as an option — 4-way on mesh builds

• Headrest: available on the 61 cm upholstered back and on mesh builds
